An alternative to mercury-in-glass thermometers, the FH Series digital temperature gauge is suitable for use in retort applications. The all-electronic unit provides a battery-powered, local display of temperature, visible on a 0.9-in. LCD. Numerous fitting choices facilitate simple transitions from mercury-in-glass thermometers. It is supplied pre-calibrated with up to five custom user points for on-site calibration. For difficult-to-read areas, a remote mount display is also available.
