Traffic door for industrial applications

Fully insulated and gasketed, the Poly-Kor door is well suited for temperature control in food processing facilities. All materials meet USDA guidelines, making it a good choice for meat packing plants as well. The full-thickness, and patented-rubber "honey-comb" framework and flexible urethane foam insulation allow it to absorb impacts from commercial and light industrial traffic. The V-cam gravity hinge is constructed of corrosion-resistant high-strength meehanite and incorporates a sealed roller bearing that requires no lubrication. All doors are custom manufactured to precisely fit the user's door openings, for sizes up to 8 ft. wide x 10 ft. high. Transom or dutch doors provide the solution for higher opening.
