Detector with checkweigher

Engineered to combine checkweighing and metal detection in one unit, the Cornerstone series Beltweigh/ CM/Combo from Hi-Speed Checkweigher is designed to provide protection against all types of metal contamination. It is microprocessor-based and uses digital signal processing for a simplified setup. For weighing, the unit uses high performance servo motors to minimize vibration and a noise filtering system. The unit can provide single-head or multi-head feedback for the monitoring of up to 72 filler heads.
