Cutting machine

The TranSlicer 2000 cutter from Urschel has three different slicing wheels that provide a range of crinkle, slices and julienne cuts from 0.03 in. to 2 in. Suitable for elongated products, the belt-feed slicer accepts input product up to 4 in. in diameter. The unit's 20-in. diameter slicing wheel works at high capacities, while the all-stainless steel MicroSlice wheel produces thin slices with minimal slice thickness variance. The cutter is designed for continuous operation, and includes hinged and sliding panels for easy cleanup.
