Case and tray packer

Offering flexibility and gentle product handling, the VCP-25 case and tray packer can be configured to seal with hot-melt glue or tape. The system automatically accumulates and/or stacks product in pack pattern; it also automatically erects and loads either cases. Low product discharge height eases case handling. The unit is available in counterflow, inline, right- or left-hand configurations, with painted or stainless-steel finishes. Other features include a servo or intermittent-motion index, a PLC and a 48-inch standard case magazine.
