Progressive pack conveyor

Used with fresh, frozen or dry product applications, the Heat and Control progressive pack conveyor is integrated with an Ishida weigher to simplify hand-packing operations. The weigher deposits each product charge into a diverting timing hopper centered over the conveyor, which has 2 flighted center belts and independent, variable-speed packing conveyors on each side. Operators remove a product charge from the center flighted belt and arrange it in trays on the outer packing belts that carry the product trays to sealing equipment.
