Form flattener

Engineered to fit most Hollymatic forming and portioning machines as well as a select number of competitive machines, the Hollymatic Natural form flattener functions as an attachment to the outfeed conveyor of a forming machine. It features a design consisting of 2 adjustable opposing belts that gently compress the machine-formed patties. The flattener also can be used as a standalone machine to accept formed and portioned product directly from the outfeed conveyor of most machines.
