Hapman’s Helix 300 Series stainless steel (SS), flexible screw conveyor earned the USDA Equipment Acceptance Certificate for use in USDA dairy grading branch facilities. The Helix P300 Series poly-component conveyor is FDA approved, featuring a UHMW polyethylene discharge and hopper that resists stains and is easily sanitized. The Helix 300 includes quick-release, tri-clover connectors for dismantling the unit without tools. The P300 model can be easily dismantled for cleaning and has an automatic power safety cutoff on the SS grate and heavy-duty SS frame.
