Vacuum conveying system

ATEX approved, the Volkmann INEX vacuum conveying system provides the vacuum transfer of dry or wet powder and granules into potentially hazardous conditions. Using a nitrogen purging function, it reduces oxygen content within the unloaded batch to below 7%. The conveyor features a closed station that can be flushed from within by sucking in washing liquid or through WIP/CIP. Standard lightweight and pressure-rated systems are available. All the systems can be used for dust explosion zones (with material MIE > 3 mJ), and can be stationary or mobile depending on the application.
