American Meat Institute (AMI) released a video tour of a pork plant hosted by animal welfare expert Temple Grandin, PhD, professor of animal science at Colorado State University. The video details use of the AMI animal welfare audit, and shows the full process from entering the facility until leaving. Grandin selected the facility and narrates the video in her own words.
