Bulk bag unloader

Hapman bulk bag unloaders feature an optional stainless steel construction and nickel-plated hoist and a self-contained dust control system that eliminates the need for secondary accumulation hoppers. Standard features include a batch weigh system; a pinch valve to allow partially discharged bulk bags to be retied; pneumatic bag agitators to mitigate bridging and rat holes; and an integral bag dump station that allows the addition of minor ingredients from small bags.  The unloaders are available with hoist and trolley or forklift loading systems.
