Flow wrapping machine

The WeighPack Sleek 60 horizontal flow wrapping machine uses 3 servo motors and servo drives; no chains, gears or lubrication is needed. Equipped with dual-lug position infeed conveyor and adjustable forming shoulder, the unit wraps up to 60 packages/min. It can be configured to handle package sizes from 1 in. X 3.75 in. X 3 in. to 6.5 in. X 3.75 in. X 10 in. Standard features include a PID temperature control, pre-programmed and stored product setup, stainless steel frame construction, color touch screen HMI , adjustable forming box, auto open/close rotary finwheel assembly and rotary seal jaws with jam-detecting logic. The wrapper is compatible with a variety of roll stock materials including polypropylene film, microperf material, multilayer laminated, co-extruded and foil films.
