The Avure QFP 525L-600 high-pressure processing system delivers 8,135 lb. of processing per hour; it achieves 10 cycles/hr.with a 3-minute hold time. The system’s 18 1/2-in. diameter vessel accommodates larger-size packages. Applications include ready-to-eat whole muscle and sliced meats; ground beef and poultry; seafood; fresh-cut fruits; juices; deli salads, condiments and dips; soups, salsas and sauces; and raw pet food.
