Scraped surface heat exchanger

Featuring a certified USDA hygienic design, the Terlet Terlotherm Delta scraped surface heat exchanger provides UHT pasteurization of particulates up to 1-in. in size. It includes three 75-sq. ft. dual heat exchange cylinders, metal-detectable gaskets and magnetic, X-ray or metal-detectable scraper blades. A bottom-driven design eliminates the risk of oil contamination.
