Tray sealers

Providing high-speed, hygienic sealing of trays of almost any shape or size, Ishida QX-1100 split dual-lane tray sealers deliver up to 15 cycles/min. with modified atmosphere packaging; each lane can operate independently with different trays and speeds. Individual sealing heads automatically disable (with an operator alert) in the event of a knife or heater issue, while the tray feed automatically adjusts to keep production running.
