Designed for bakery pie and cake decorating, the Shufflemixer system aerates and deposits cream, bavarois, mousse and meringue. Product goes directly from containers to the unit without human contact. Available in 4 sizes, the aerator/depositor is PLC controlled, has up to 40-recipe storage and is equipped with a frequency-controlled product pump.
