Inspection controllers

Advantech AIIS-1240 and AIIS-1440 PoE and USB3 camera controllers are used with automated optical inspection devices for applications such as the inspection of packaging, labels, wafers and alignment. They offer 40-bit digital I/O and 6 serial ports. The 2 serial ports on the front panel can be configured as RS-232, RS-422 or RS-485 via BIOS setting. The controllers support a number of peripheral devices and third-generation Core i7/i5/i3 processors.
