The Linde CRYOLINE MT hygienic tunnel freezer improves the repeatability of high-speed slicers. The extreme cold of either liquid carbon dioxide or liquid nitrogen rapidly crust-freezes products in an inline process. Used to assist in the production of stacked, fluffed and shingled slices, the freezer meets AMI guidelines of sanitary design.
