Tray liner inserter

A rotary cut-to-length, self-contained unit, the AZCO ACU-SERT CI-250 inserter for absorbent pads and tray liners can be positioned anywhere on a production line. It automatically feeds rolls of material up to 9-in. wide. A roll is mounted on a separate unwind stand; the outfeed rollers can be adjusted from horizontal to a 45° angle downward for up to 300 inserts/min.
