Big bag fillers

Capable of filling up to 10 bags/hr. with a single operator, GEA BBS-S and BBS-D big bag fillers fill, vibrate and weigh bags while they are hanging within the high-care filling area. They then lower the bags onto a pallet, with no overhang, in the medium-care area. The fillers include a cantilever design with no external structure outside the cleanroom. Engineered for infant formula, milk and food powder handling, they can be used with bags from 1.0 to 2.2m in height and have an accuracy of 0.5% (0.2% if supplied with an optional auger).
