Bottle thickness management system

The Agr Pilot Profiler bottle thickness management system offers a means to nondestructively monitor bottle production, on a continuous basis, for changes in bottle performance characteristics. Installed within a blowmolder, it measures material distribution on every PET bottle produced. The system captures wall thickness data and automatically enters it into the included M-RULE model. From this data, shelf-life performance is continuously calculated for CO2 or water loss and presented for individual bottles or user-defined subgroups.
