Bread volume analyzer

The Perten BVM laser topography-based bread volume analyzer is suitable for samples with volumes from 200 to 2,800mL. It also measures loaf dimensions and archives the results including a 3-D rotatable image. The method is approved by the Amerian Association of Cereal Chemists—International.
