Ultrasound inspection system

The PTI Seal-Scan 520 airborne ultrasound inspection system inspects and evaluates flexible package seals of all material types; it detects defects such as incomplete seals, partial seals, weak seals, channel defects, misaligned seals and seal delamination. Offering statistical scan data and data collection, the system includes a compact test head with focused ultrasonic sensors, a stainless steel workstation and an operator touchscreen with an optional PC connection for in-depth analysis.
