Cheese slicer

Available with an orbital or involute head, the Thurne cheese slicer produces shingled retail and foodservice packs at speeds up to 1,500 rpm. An optional interleaver supports multi-lane interleaving of shingles and stacks at speeds up to 700 slices/min. The product and interleaving material are cut by 2 separate mechanisms.
