Robotic case packer

The JLS Osprey robotic case packer handles pillow bags, stand-up resealable pouches and other flexible bags. The unit can rotate the packages to create virtually any case pack pattern. Using vision-guided technology, it automatically orientates the packages when picking and prior to casing. The packer includes a pinch belt design and a single or dual robot. The system speed for a dual-head unit is 150+ packages/min.
