The Saki BF-10BT 2D offline automated optical inspection system simultaneously inspects both sides of a circuit board with user-selectable 10 and 20µm dual resolution. Used to inspect components and detect solder balls down to 150 µ, it is suitable for final, through-hole or manual inspection.
