Designed for cold chain seafood monitoring for FSMA, FDA and HACCP compliance, the DeltaTrak FlashLink single-use mini electronic time-temperature indicator has a pre-configured threshold of 41˚F and is set to trigger an alarm if accumulative temperature abuse. An immediate pass or fail is indicated by a flashing LED.
