Volkmann BBU2 contained bulk bag unloading station

Designed with modular components, the Volkmann BBU2 contained bulk bag unloading station offers dust-free material flow from the bag to the vacuum conveyor and downstream processes. It features a 2-ton capacity, low-profile pick-up and dust-tight connector to the feed hopper. Available in forklift and hoist versions, the station can be customized with frame extension sets and electric hoists with passive or active traverse mechanisms. Additional options include massaging paddles with pneumatic actuators, material agitators and delumpers, a manual or pneumatic covering for the material discharge module, a filter-based dust collector located on the discharge hopper and an interface for Volkmann conveying systems.
