ATEX-approved INEX vacuum conveying systems use a nitrogen purging function to reduce oxygen content within unloaded batches to less than 7 percent to maintain inert safety and dust-free transport. The station can be flushed from within by sucking in washing liquid or through WIP/CIP. The systems are available in lightweight or pressure-rated models, and can be stationary or mobile. PTFE-/EFTE-coated conveyors are available.
