The Acrison Model 820 bulk bag unloader is designed to discharge the contents of bulk bags with controlled vibration. The unloader uses a patented bag spout-clamping mechanism to connect the bag’s discharge spout to interface transition equipment in a clean, dust-tight process. An optional closure valve pneumatically closes off the discharge spout to allow for retying. A dust collection system assists in deflating empty bags, and bag lifting racks maintain upward life on the bag and liner.
