HRS R Series tube-in-tube heat exchangers have a scraper bar within each inner tube that empties it of product before the cleaning cycle commences. The scraper bar features a helical screw that rotates at high speed and can be run in reverse. Configurable for horizontal and vertical operation, the exchangers are suitable for viscous products, such as honey, custards and creams.
