Designed for sanitary food applications requiring frequent disassembly and cleaning, the Coperion ZRD hygienic rotary valve has product contact surfaces constructed from DIN 1.4404 (AISI 316L) stainless steel. The valve is suitable for temperatures up to 212°F; higher temperature options are available. It has a pressure surge-proof rating of 145 psi(g) (10 bar[g]). Typical applications include the production, processing and transport of powders and pellets.
