The Hinds-Bock griddle depositor for pancake and waffle batters deposits pure batter products or those with particulates, such as blueberries, chocolate chips and flavored bits. The entire depositor moves with the cooking band to ensure shape and griddle coverage, while hopper agitation maintains the proper ratio of liquids and solids. PLC controls with an operator interface are used to make selections.
