Mark Sailer is the Director of Engineering for KLN Family Brands. He has worked in in various manufacturing leadership roles in pet food extrusion and canning, Licorice and confection production, and snack food extrusion and frying. Mark’s roles have included Maintenance Manager, Project Manager, Plant Engineer, Plant Manager, and R&D Manager. He has 12 years of manufacturing leadership experience supporting growth initiatives, capital planning, strategic planning, and operational excellence. Prior to manufacturing he utilized his Industrial Management degree as a high school technology instructor & coach in the Minnesota public school system.
