Xtreme Steam Industrial Solutions is a portable deep cleaning and sanitizing system that uses AmeriVap’s Houdini Automatic Conveyor Belt Cleaner and Sanitizer to clean wrappers, slicers, dicers, scales, sensors, rollers, feeders, electrical control panels and robots. The organic, chemical-free system controls micro-organisms including Listeria, E-coli, Salmonella, bio-film, flying and crawling insects and their eggs. Xtreme Steam heats water under pressure to a high enough temperature that it becomes dry steam vapor. These dry steam vapor particles, which are six ten-thousanths of one micron in size, penetrate all the hard to reach cracks and crevices of industrial machinery.
