Magnetic Technologies' line of magnetic capping head clutches are compatible with most machinery for applying screw-on caps to plastic and glass containers. The device features a hysteresis design that provides vibration-free performance and has a Vernier scale for user-adjustable torque settings from 2 to 24 in.-lbs. with ±2% accuracy. Used for screwing on 15 to 43 mm caps, the clutches have no contacting parts or pads to wear out. They feature a 3-in. diameter common magnetic component made from anodized aluminum or stainless steel, various size input and output shafts and chuck output adapters.
