Moyno’s PowerFlow Pump features non-elastomeric construction with metal stators available in A2 tool steel, 17-4 PH stainless steel and optional hastelloy C, alloy 20 stainless steel and abrasive-resistant tool steels with high vanadium content. It provides flow rates up to 400 GPM, differential pressures to 1,500 PSI and temperature ratings to 500˚F. The pump’s rotor-to-stator fit offers a better seal between pump elements, resulting in lower shear for less damage to product and reduced slip for efficient pumping of fluids in viscosities from 100 to 1,000,000 CPS, according to the manufacturer.
