The Easytemp TSM 470 from Endress+Hauser consists of a 4-wire Pt 100 Class A sensor, built-in 4-20mA transmitter, and a clean-in-place process connection. Waterproof and impervious to steam, pressure and chemicals, the unit uses an M-12 microconnector that plugs into commercially available cable. Endress+Hauser says this eliminates any potential for mechanical damage to the temperature device or the cable.
