Authentix forms is an electronic data collection system from Critereon that digitizes handwritten food safety inspection documents. Inspections are recorded using a digital pen and regular inspection forms printed on digital paper. After inspections, the digital pens transmit data to specified servers, where the data is stored without transcription in the exact way it appeared on the original paper forms.
