Autoprod's Versa-Pack RO-A7 HS rotary filling and closing system is capable of speeds up to 7,200 containers per hour. Able to fill and seal viscous, semi-viscous, dry and liquid products, the unit features a lidding system with rollstock or pre-cut lids and optional pick and place or wipe on overcapping. An optional, servo-driven, microprocessor-controlled filling system can reduce waste and provide more accurate and consistent fill weights, according to the manufacturer.
