Automated Packaging System's Autobag Accu-Count 100 and 200 high-speed counters are automatic infeed systems that count and batch at speeds up to 2,500 packages per hour. The 200 model uses a vibratory bowl feed and count system that is capable of detecting and counting product from 1⁄8-in. diameter, 1⁄8-in. to 2.5 in. in length and up to 2-in. wide. The 100 model uses a simple batch accumulator. Both systems are available with optional separation belts and a range of infeed funnels.
