Bunting Magnetics says its magnetic separators are the first USDA, AMS-accepted magnetic separators on the market that are designed to help processors meet requirements for safer and purer processed materials and foodstuffs. The USDA, Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS) acceptance applies to select "A" Series separators, including the HFS manual-clean drawer magnets, grate magnets, plate magnets and liquid traps in single plate, double plate and cartridge magnet designs.
