Paul H. Woodruff, who founded Environmental Resources Management (ERM) 24 years ago, announced his retirement as of April 1. He had served as the ERM Group chief executive officer from its founding until January 1, 2000. Since that time he has served as chairman of the board of ERM Group.
Columbia, Md.-based GEA Evaporation Technologies, LLC annouced the appointment of Eric_Bryars as president of the company. Bryars has worked for GEA Niro for the past 15 years, serving Niro Inc. in the U.S. and then in Singapore._Under his tenure in Singapore, Niro established itself as the market leader in Asia for spray drying technology.
William F. Christ, executive vice president and chief operating offier, Hershey Foods Corp., announced that Richard E. Bentz has been named vice president, business process operations-analysis & planning. Bentz, a 26-year employee with Hershey Foods, will report to Christ and be a member of the corporation's operating committee.
