The ADVANTEC is Frigoscandia Equipment's newest addition to its line of innovative impingement freezers. The Advantec uses high-speed jets of air to freeze thin, flat products such as beef patties, poultry and fish fillets, bakery, potato and egg products. Product quality is excellent, dehydration loss is minimal and cost savings are significant compared to nitrogen freezeing methods. The belt and conveyor are made of stainless steel.
