Wire Belt's EZSplice belt splicing system is designed to extend the strength and life of the company's Flat-Flex open-mesh stainless steel belt and C-CureEdge belting. The system provides the user with a pre-formed, custom-shaped wire strand, making the spliced joint stronger. The strand is designed specifically for each belt variant, which allows the user to make repairs on any mesh. The company says the system eliminates the need for lacing and weaving wire across the width of the belt. It can also be used to make the splice joint on a newly installed replacement belt.
