Chemineer's Greerco sanitary pipeline mixers employ a high-speed turbine running in close proximity to a fixed stator. The mixers feature axial-in, axial-out flow configuration that eliminates bypassing and provides processing as the product passes through one or two high-efficiency shear zones that result in intense hydraulic and shear forces, says the company. The mixers feature 316SS wetted parts, sanitary ferrule connections, mechanical cartridge seals, stainless steel bases, washdown motors and discharge ports with 270-degree rotation.
