Meriam says its Complete Flow Solution, used for measurement of liquid, gas and steam flows, provides more accuracy and flexibility than traditional orifice plates and vortex meters. The system consists of an Accutube averaging pitot tube, a three-valve manifold and a multivariable transmitter. The system produces a mass flow rate that is fully compensated for static pressure and temperature, eliminating the need for DSC calculation.
