The circular vibratory fluid bed dryer screener system from Kason reduces moisture content of bulk materials, removes agglomerates and dust and discharges on-size material into bulk bags. The pre-package system includes a 48-in. diameter circular fluid bed processor, heater, blower and 48-in. diameter vibratory screen. The fluid bed dryer is half the size and weight of a rectangular unit of equivalent capacity and allows all primary system components to be consolidated on a shippable frame, says the company.
