Bohle's BFS fluid bed processors include a filter system that uses blow-back technology to clean the filter surface over its full length to eliminate clogging and subsequent product defects, says the company. Available in capacities ranging from 5 to 480 kg, the unit features an optional online moisture detection system using technology for precise moisture determination during granulation and drying. An on-board computer system controls relevant process parameters and provides data documentation.
