Xenon's SteriPulse-XL surface decontamination system, a non-contact sterilization system that instantly kills microorganisms on the outside of packages to prevent the contents from becoming contaminated when opened, employs pulsed UV light to sanitize the outside of packages containing sterile contents and prevents the introduction of microorganisms to a clean room or other sterile area. The system is capable of 6 log kill in under one second.
